These hazelnuts and coconut muffins taste great and are easy to make you can even turn them into cake pops using a Bake Pops pan or something similar. Just try them out I am sure you won’t regret it.
- 2 Eggs
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vanilla
- 125 g melted shortening
- 3/4 cup flour
- 50 g chopped hazelnuts
- 4 cups coconut
- 100 g chocolate
Whip the eggs and sugar together until it is white and fluffy.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients and make sure it get well mixed.
Put the batter in paper muffin cups or a Bake Pops pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
