Green Juice Recipe

Drink Yourself Young With This Super Red-Green Raw food Juice

Posted on May 11, 2012 by Mary A. Cornwell

Excite your senses with this divine raw food green juice, which green shades are disguised by the beetroots beautiful red. Nourishing for both your body and soul, it is bursting with minerals and vitamins and its minor cleansing properties, makes this juice one of my favorites. One serving provides two large glasses and can be shared with someone you love – or  you can be naughty and enjoy both the glass itself. This gives the same amount of energy that you would get from an ordinary meal.

Super Red-Green Juice Ingredients:
– Kale 100g.
– Spinach 50g.
– Celery 100g.
– 1 Apple
– Pineapple 150g.
– Fennel 200g.
– 2 Carrots
– Beetroot 150g.

This is how you turn your raw food into nutritious beverage:

First put the kale and spinach in your juicer and pack it well in the feed chute. Then add the celery stalks and apples on top and start the juicer. Then juice the rest of the ingredients, add if necessary. ice and enjoy! Tip; By juicing the ingredients in same order as written, you will experience a beautiful symphony of red and green colors.

– In order to fully benefit from the juice of kale, spinach and other leafy vegetables, juice these first and subsequently juice the more juicy vegetables and fruits. In this way the juice from the more watery vegetables and fruit will draw the juice from the green leaves with it out. Otherwise, you would see that the juice from the spinach would not be more than a few drops out of the juicer.

This is only if you use a centrifugal juicer which is the most common but if you use a masticating juicer this isn’t a problem.

Enjoy this green juice with or without ice and your body will love you!

In a raw food diet green juice is a must in order to cover the daily needs for minerals and vitamins. Leafy juice gives you besides the many vitamins and minerals also easily absorbed proteins in the form of easily absorbable amino acids. This delicious raw food juice is rich in the minerals magnesium, potassium and calcium which all are important substances in the body. It is also rich in iron, zinc and chromium. Chromium helps to regulate our blood sugar which is an important factor for a healthy fat burning. In my raw food diet I include a daily glass of green juice or two. If you don’t drink milk, then green juices are also a good way to get your calcium. Be aware, however to switch between your leafy vegetables because they contain substances which in the longer term can be stored in the body which isn’t too healthy. Use for example. kale one day, chard the other and spinach, the third. This will avoid you storing any of the harmful substances. See also my on choosing the best juicer HERE.

Super Angel Juicer 5500 Review

Is This Expensive Juice Extractor Really Worth The Price?

Hi and welcome to my Super Angel 5500 stainless steel juicer review. If you are reading this review you are probably interested in buying a Super Angel juicer and want some unbiased information about it before you buy it.

I will be honest with and say I love this juicer. I will still give it a fair review because even though it is great it still has some drawbacks that I want you to be aware of before you it.

Click Here To Get The Cheapest Price On The Super Angel 5500 Juicer At Amazon

Super Angel 5500 Compared To Other Juice Extractors

The Super Angel is a stainless steel juicer with no plastic parts except the pulp collector. Why is this important you might wonder? Well, almost all other juicers uses parts made from BPA plastics. You might have heard the news reports about the supposedly toxicity of BPA plastics and this should give you some concern about buying a cheaper juicer.

It is a twin gear juicer with gears made up of food graded stainless steel. Other juicers use gears made up of plastic, not only is this toxic, it can also be worn down or chip leaving space for bacteria to grow.

Another thing that makes the Super Angel stand out is its weight. This thing is heavy around 30 lbs (around 16 kg). This makes it very cumbersome to move around. I have mine placed where I want it and I don’t move it. Other juicers are often easy to transport but the Angel isn’t.

How Does It Handle?

It very easy to use and simple to put together. The twin gears grind fruits and vegetables slowly and surprisingly quiet. My older juicers were noisy but this has never been a big issue to me. The slow rotation speed is ideal for getting higher quality and more nutritious juice. The slow speed insures that there is little heat and oxidation, this keeps vitamins and enzymes intact.

It is slower than your average centrifugal juicer but not by much and you get a much higher yield and drier pulp. The drier the pulp is, the more juice is squeezed out, it is estimated that you get around 30% – 50% more juice out of the Super Angel 5500 than a centrifugal juicer. This is a lot more juicer and in the long run you’ll probably earn back the extra money you paid, by buying less fruits and vegetables.

Cleaning it can be difficult the first couple of times around but after a while you get the hang of it. It does take around five minutes to clean but it takes just as long with other juicers. Here is a great tip for cleaning the Super Angel from Ralph Waldo Emerson at Raw Food Support,

“My augers are spotless in under 1/2 minute. I spray them with warm water first and then brush them. Finally I spray with vinegar and hydrogen peroxide to sterilize them and then give them a final rinse before towel drying. The augers takes me about 30 second. The screen takes me about a minutes and a half.”

One big problem that I want you to know about is that there are unauthorized dealer selling fake copies of the Super Angel juicers. This is probably because of the high price and they are earning a lot of money by cheating you. The thing is if you want the quality that the real Super Angel juice extractors have, then it is expensive to produce. These fake copies often use low quality materials that can be toxic and dangerous to your health. The only way to protect yourself is to only buy from an authorized dealer like Amazon.

Here What Is Included When You Buy The Super Angel Juicer

What Is The Best Juicer On The Market?

Find The Best Juice Extractor For Your Needs…

This is a question many people are asking and unfortunately it doesn’t have a straight answer. This is because there are three different types of juicers on the market and they all work in different ways.

Which type of juicer is the best all depends on your needs and wants. As it can be hard to get everything you want in one juicer, you often have to make a choice of what is most suitable for your needs. Some juice extractors will produce juice very quickly but the quality of the juice is not the highest. On the other hand you have juicers that works slower but you also get premium quality juice.

The three types of juicers are masticating juicers, centrifugal juicers and triturating juicers. I’ll cover each type separately and I’ll show you the benefits and disadvantages of each type, so when you have read this review you will be comfortable in buying the perfect juicer for your needs.

Centrifugal Juicers

Centrifugal juicers are very popular because of their low price and ease of use. They produce juice very quickly and are often very easy to clean. These juicers work by having a centrifugal machine that grinds the vegetables and fruits into pulp. The pulp is then pushed through a strainer by spinning at a high speed.

The benefits of centrifugal juicers are their speed and price. If you are new to juicing and you are not planning on going all out, then this type of juicer is for you.

What Is The Best Centrifugal Juicer

In my opinion the best centrifugal juicer on the market right now is the Breville BJE200XL Compact Juice Fountain. This thing just works and it is not overly expensive. It has a powerful 700 watt motor that can handle almost any kind of vegetable and fruit. One thing it can’t handle is wheatgrass but no centrifugal juicer can do that. I think this is the best centrifugal juicer for the money.

You can read more reviews at

Masticating Juicers

A masticating juicer essentially crushes the fruits or vegetable, breaking down plant’s cell walls through a grinding motion, while at the same squeezing the produce against a screen, separating the juice from the pulp.

It operates at lower speeds than the centrifugal juicer. This means it is quieter and more important it protects the nutrients form oxidation and damage form the heat of faster types of juicers. Of course this also makes it slower but the slow speed delivers larger amounts of juice with more nutrients and its life cycle is often longer.

What Is The Best Masticating Juicer

If you have more money to spend and want a masticating juicer I recommend the Omega VRT 350 HD Juicer. This one produces some premium juice and does it quite fast. It also has a self cleaning feature that prevents the filter from clogging up.

You can read more reviews at

Triturating Juicers

At the top of the line are the triturating juicers. They work in the same way as the masticating juicers but it has two steps instead of one. In the first step the fruits and vegetables are crushed and in the second step the pulp is pressed. This gives you a juicer fuller in vitamins, minerals and enzymes than any other type of juicer can give.

The downside is the price and the time it takes to produce your juice. This type of juicer is for serious juice enthusiast. If you are just starting out juicing or only plan on using it once in a while I recommended you go for a cheaper type.

What Is The Best Triturating Juicer

If you want the best type of juicer and you don’t mind spending a little extra then you should buy the Green Star Elite GSE-5000 juicer. This is really one of the best triturating juicers for the money. I have used mine for years without any problems and in my opinion the juice it produces tastes great.

You can read more reviews on

A couple of months ago I replaced my Green Star Elite with Super Angle 5500. Now this juicer cost $1,095.00 but if you are serious about juicing then it is absolutely worth it. To learn more about Super Angle 5500 visit Amazons reviews HERE.

I hope you found this article interesting. I’m sorry I couldn’t give you a straight answer to the question “what is the best juicer on the market” but I hope you learnt enough to get the right juicer for you.

Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite Review

Find Out If This Juice Extractor Is For You

Hi and welcome to my Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite review. I guess you came her because you are thinking about buying a juice and want to know if Breville lives up to all the hype you read on sales pages and hear in commercials, right?

I have tried it and must admit that it is a good juicer and that is probably why it has been in the top of the Amazon bestseller list for ages. Now this is a review and while it is a good juicer it also has some drawbacks that I want you to be aware of, before you spend your hard earned money on it.

Here is what this review covers

  • What is the Breville 800JEXL and what is not?
  • What do you get when you buy it?
  • The pros and cons.
  • What are other consumers saying?
  • Where to buy it and get the best price?

What Is The Breville 800JEXL Juice Extracor?

wheatgrass juiceThe Breville 800JEXL comes with a powerful 1000 watt(1 1/3 horsepower) motor which runs at a remarkable crushing speed of 13,000 RPM. This is a lot of power and it enables it to juice hard vegetables and fruits like carrots, mangoes and apples without any problems.

It can of course be run on a lower speed (6,500 RPM) which is more suitable for soft fruits and leafy vegetables. On thing that amazed me when I first used it was that it only took 30 seconds to fill the juicer jug with apple and carrot juice.

Another thing that I find interesting is the Smart Chip technology. This technology supposedly saves you power by regulating the power as per the juicing weight and quantity. It also has built-in overload protection which helps to safeguard against overheating the juicer

Cleaning it is really easy if you do it right after you used it. Don’t let the pulp dry as it is almost impossible to then clean it. The components are dishwasher safe which makes cleaning it even easier and you save a lot of time this way.

It is a big juicer and it takes up a lot of space in the kitchen, it is also quite heavy and not too easy to move around. I recommend you put it somewhere where you don’t have to move it too often. If you want a juicer you can hide away in the counter you might be better of with a smaller one like the Breville BJE510XL Ikon Juice Fountain.

When you buy a Breville 800JEXL Juice Fountain Elite you get..

  • Breville 800JEXL Juice Extractor
  • 1.1 qt (1 L) juicing pitcher
  • 1.1 qt (1 L) juice jug with froth separator
  • 3.2 qt (3 L) pulp container
  • Owner’s manual
  • Juice recipe book in two languages,
  • Food pusher for safe insertion of the produce
  • Cleaning brush to help with the cleaning

Pros And Cons

  • It is expensive but as with everything that is quality you have to pay more. People I have talked to often say that the price has been a concern but they quickly change their mind when they have tried it out.
  • It is big and if you have a small kitchen this might not be for you.
  • It can’t juice wheat grass: It is not a masticating juicer, even though its heavy duty design it can’t handle wheat grass. If that’s what you want you should get a masticating juicer.

  • It has a powerful motor that lets juice nearly 1.1 qt (1 L), in less than 60 seconds…
  • It has got a big feed chute of 3″ that can take most fruits and vegetables whole, so no need of cutting and preparing them before juicing. This saves you a lot of time when preparing your juice.
  • It is very easy to clean
  • It has got a great warranty. If you have any problems or sign of defect the company promptly exchanged it with a brand new Breville 800JEXL and not a refurbished one like many other companies send in exchange to their consumers.

Breville BJE510XL Ikon Juice Fountain Review

Learn the truth about this juice extractor…

Welcome to my Breville BJE510XL Ikon Juice Fountain review. I presume you came here for an unbiased review with all the facts, and not a sales page like many other so-called “reviews”. I have had the luck to try out all of Breville’s juice extractors and I have written fair reviews that talk about both the drawbacks and the advantages.

This is Breville’s mid-range juicer and I like it. It has a couple of minor drawbacks that I’ll cover but overall I think it is a good juicer. Many consumers agree with me and I think that is why it has been in the top of Amazon’s bestseller list for some time now.

This is what this review will cover

  • What is it and what is it not?
  • What do you get when you buy it?
  • Pros and cons.
  • What are other consumers saying?
  • Where to get the best deal?

What Is It And What Is It Not?

The Breville BJE510XL Ikon is for casual juicing but in my opinion it would work well for heavy juicing too because the quality is good and people I’ve talked to tell me they have been using it everyday for years.

One thing that sets the BJE510XL apart from other juicers is its speed. In only a few seconds you can enjoy a glass of freshly made juice. This is what sets the top juicers apart from the lower quality ones.

The reason it is so fast and powerful is because of its 900-watt motor. This allows you to juice harder vegetables and fruits such as apples, beetroots and carrots without worrying about damaging the motor.

It has also got a built-in electronic smart chip that increases power to the cutting disk when needed and lowering the power when there is no need for it. This prevents jamming and overheating of the motor increasing the product life cycle.

Cleaning the Breville BJE510XL is very easy because all its components are detachable and dishwater safe. Of cause if you let the pulp dry on the components you will have some problems getting them clean. I recommend you rinse them right after use.

What Do You Get When You Buy A Breville BJE510XL Ikon Juice Fountain

  • Breville BJE510XL Ikon juice extractor
  • Modern juice jug with froth separator
  • 3.2 qt (3 L)  pulp container
  • Owner’s manual
  • Juice recipe book in two languages,
  • Food pusher for safe insertion of the produce
  • Cleaning brush to help with the cleaning

Pros And Cons

  • Like many other juicers it won’t juice everything, it has problems with things like wheat grass, parsley and mint, if that is what you want you should look for a masticating juicer…
  • It also has problems with fruits with bitter seeds such as Pomegranates. This is because it crushes everything also the seeds this can give quite a bad flavor to your juice…
  • The price can seem a little high but here you are paying for quality that will last many years…

  • It is very powerful and extracts the juice really fast and efficient. All the remaining pulp is completely dry. So all the juice from vegetables and fruits is extracted …
  • It is very easy to clean…
  • It comes with a one year warranty…

Bouf Flamande

Categories : French Cuisine

This is a very tasty dish that is cooked with beer. I is not super easy to make but not difficult either. I might be a good idea to use a Cuisinart CEK-40 Electric Knife to cut the meat as it makes it very easy and fast.

1 package bacon, diced
4 tbsp. butter
½ kg sliced onions
750 g beef cut into large cubes.
Bouquet garni (bay leaf, thyme sprig, and parsley sprig)
2 tbsp. flour
1 Biere Blonde (possibly Leffe Blonde)
1/4 l beef stock
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 clove finely chopped garlic
1 tsp. dried thyme
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Preparation Method
Roast the bacon golden in a pan. Let it dry of the grease on a paper towel. Save the fat in the pan.

Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed pot or pan. Add the onions and fry them so they become tender.

Bring out the first pan and heat it until it is piping hot, after which the meat fried on all sides. Then put the meat in a high casserole or better a braising pan. Put the bouquet garni down among the meat.

Preheat the oven to 175 ° C (ordinary oven).

The pan is removed from the heat and the flour are mixed in the fat. Possible add some more fat in, if the mixture becomes a little dry. Set the pan over low heat and bake the flour with constant stirring until it is pale brown.

Remove the pan from heat and add the Biere blonde and the beef stock and whisk the sauce. Have it boil so it thickens and then let it boil for a couple of minutes. Add sugar, vinegar, garlic and thyme and season with salt and pepper.

When onions are done pour them over the meat and then add the sauce so it almost covers the meat. If there is not enough sauce diluted it with the beer.

Bring everything to a boil, cover and place it in the oven for 1 ½ to 2 hours until the meat is very tender.

Before serving skim the surface free of grease, remove the bouquet garni and sprinkle with chopped parsley and the fried bacon. The dish should be served with a good beer, maybe a Belgian Blonde. You can serve it with French fries, rice, mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes and so on.

  • It should be easy to clean the machine.
  • It should be easy to determine if the machine is switched on or off.
  • The indicator should be clearly visible.
  • If you want to be able to put the machine under a kitchen cabinet, make sure the water reservoir is raised.

Do not forget maintenance of the coffee machine

A coffee machine needs decalcification. Some have automated program for this. Otherwise, check the manual on how to do this. There are special products for decalcification on the market, you can use these or you can dissolved a few tablespoons of vinegar or citric acid  in one liter of water and run it through machine with . The key is to run the water mixture through the machine  a few times, followed by two rounds of clean water. Be sure to rinse thoroughly!

In some brewers, there may be water left after brewing. Remember to pour out any excess water! Cold and fresh water provide delicious coffee.

Impress with espresso machines

espressoSo you’re a big fan of espresso, then? How do espresso machines work? And what distinguishes espresso machine from the regular coffee machines?

There is really not much difference between the concepts, but there are big differences on the machines available. Some include mill and the whole kit, others are easier. And then there are those with so-called pods (pouch espresso coffee).

The portioned espresso coffee, called pods, are convenient and usually means less work. Some espresso machines are intended only just for pods.

One of the best-selling single-cup coffee machines out on the market today is Keurig B70. Read our review here!

Lactose-intolerant’s Guide to Choosing the Foods

What is lactose

Lactose is also called milk sugar and is a sugar found in milk products. Examples of dairy products are: milk, buttermilk, yogurt, sour cream, sour cream, milk, margarine and butter. Lactose is found in milk products from cows, donkeys, goats and sheep. Coconut milk does not contain lactose.

Are you lactose intolerant?

Approximately 3-5% of the adults in the west are lactose intolerant. If you have any of the symptoms in these descriptions, you may be lactose intolerant.

  • Do you get swollen stomach after eating / drinking food or drinks that contain lactose?
  • Do you frequently have gas in your stomach?
  • Do you often have problems with diarrea or constipation?

You can find out if you are lactose intolerant by taking a blood test at a clinic. It can also be self-determined by testing by reducing the eating / drinking of things that contain lactose – or try low-lactose or lactose-free products and see if the symptoms disappear.

What should a lactose intolerant do?

Your best bet is to try to reduce the amount of lactose in the drinking and eating. Most people can tolerate up to 5 g of lactose per day. This is equivalent to half a glass of milk. Fermented milk products like yogurt contain less lactose while hard cheese and butter hardly has any lactose at all and therefore can be eaten by most lactose intolerant. In order to avoid calcium deficiency, it is good idea for lactose intolerant not to completely exclude milk products, but to choose the milk products naturally contain some lactose and / or low-lactose or lactose-free products available.

Low-lactose and lactose-free products

For those who are lactose intolerant there are now a variety of products to replace the conventional milk products with. So now even a lactose intolerant person can eat  dishes and pastries containing milk products. There are also products available in pharmacies that lactose intolerance can take with meals that contain lactose.

Low-lactose products contain little lactose and can be eaten or drunk by those who are not very sensitive to lactose, which applies to the majority of those who are lactose intolerant.

Lactose-free products contain no lactose at all and can be eaten or drinking by anyone.

Keurig B70 reviews

I’m a coffee lover and I guess that’s why I decided to buy a coffee machine to use at home so I can get myself a fresh cup of quality coffee anytime I want. I was looking around for awhile before I decided to buy Keurig B70 Platinum Brewing system, since it has received so much attention as well as positive feedback from other coffee lovers.

Although it was my idea to get my own coffee machine, I wasn’t prepared to spend over a hundred and fifty dollars on it. That’s what set me back and got me to look more into what made this Keurig B70 a good investment. I’m sure that might just be one of the reasons why you’re here reading this post right now.

So here’s what I will cover in this post:

  • The unique features of Keurig Platinum B70
  • What other customers have said about the Keurig B70
  • The pros and cons
  • Where to get the Keurig B70 coffee maker cheap with warranty

So here we go…

The unique features of Keurig Platinum B70

Keurig B70 costcoChoosing a Coffee Maker is actually something that some people tend to hate. I’m sure we’ve all been through the situations where these coffee makers does not last quite as long as we would expect. Either that or the coffee does not taste quite right. And it was a pain in the butt to set up the machine!

The most common problem probably has a lot to do with the fact that we do not want to spend too much time to do a research on a coffee maker. Why do that when there is a wide selection at a local department stores right? Because when it comes to being cheap, does it always end up being that you get what you pay for. Well, Keurig Coffee Maker isn’t the cheapest coffee machine around, but it surely has many outstanding features.

Keurig B70 Coffee Maker is probably one of the most famous in the business of Coffee Makers. The brand is considered a top line, and for good reason. From the sleek design, the ability to brew a cup at a time explains why it’s no wonder Keurig is the big man on campus.

Keurig B70 Coffee Maker Features:

Keurig B70

  • Single-cup brewing system with patented K-Cups
  • Wide range of five cup size options for brewing
  • Auto On/Off, Digital Clock, Adjustable Temperature Control and the “Set Your Favorite Cup Size” option.
  • User-friendly blue backlit LCD display
  • Measures 13-4/5 by 10-2/7 by 13 inches; 1-year limited warranty

This decision of looking into buying Keurig Platinum B70 is for personal use; I wanted a coffee machine I can have working while I do other things around the house. The digital features of the machine come in handy as I can set it on auto-off so I can focus on other tasks around the house.

Keurig B70 reviewWhat I love about the auto setting is that the machine can be programmed to start brewing before I wake up! That way I know I won’t have to wait around to enjoy the first cup of my favorite coffee, or even during the day when I want one more because I can set it to self-heating on auto. It is energy-saving, as opposed to what a lot of people might think that having a machine running around the clock is a waste of electric power. It’s simply put like this, it’s not that the machine is working all the time, it’s the thermal pot that keeps it warm and once you want to heat it up, you won’t have to start the heating process all over; simply turn up the heat for a few short minutes.

The pros and cons

  • Auto on/off feature means no waiting around for the water to heat
  • You can customize your favorite cup size of drinks
  • Energy-saving as you can set it to the auto off mode and the container still keeps the water warm for some time
  • Sleek design (a removable drip tray that allows for easy cleanup and the use of travel mugs, and dishwasher-safe parts (the K-cup holder and funnel)
  • It comes with 1 year warranty and it has been reported that their customer service is exceptionally helpful

The Cons

  • It’s a bit pricey for a machine that’s solely for making drinks. But then again, if you think about how much you spend on buying coffee elsewhere, it’s probably worth the money
  • People seem to have some problems with the water withdrawal system that either it doesn’t pump out any water resulting in no coffee being brewed, or that it pumps out too much leaving the coffee tasteless. I haven’t experienced this but have talked to other consumers who have said that once you clean the machine as instructed in the manual, the pump works just fine!

If you like Greek food I am sure you will love this variation of the classic moussaka. It tastes really good and is easy to make.

Meat sauce:
500g minced beef, veal & pork or chicken
1 large chopped onion
2 carrots, diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. allspice
salt and pepper.

5 potatoes cut into very thin slices
a little olive oil

400g Greek yoghurt
3 eggs
½ tsp. nutmeg
salt & pepper
100g grated cheese.

Preparation Method
Fry the chopped onion and the meat, and don’t forget to stir well, so the meat is not cooked into large clumps. Add carrots, garlic and tomatoes and spices. Let it cook for 5 minutes.

Spread half of meat in a greased ovenproof dish. Spread the potato slices on the meat sauce and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Then place another layer of the meat on top. Then put the squash slices on meat and drizzle a little olive oil on the slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Put the moussaka in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
While the moussaka is in the oven, mix together the yogurt, eggs, ground nutmeg and salt and pepper. After the 20 minutes put the yogurt mixture over the moussaka  and finally sprinkle the cheese over it end. Then put the moussaka back into the oven for another 20 minutes or until it is golden.

Cheese Cake Ice Cream

A very good frozen cheesecake, which is like an ice cream cake, is easy to make and can be prepared months in advance if you will. You get 6-8 portions and it takes 30 minutes to make and 5 hours in the freezer.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1.5 dl sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 3 cups whipping cream
  • 10 pieces digestive biscuits
  • ev. 1 piece of lemon
  • or about 0.5 teaspoons of lemon flavor and about 3 tablespoons lemon juice

To do this:

  • You can use an electric whisk across this recipe except for the last step where you use a spoon. If you do everything in the same order as described below, you do not need to wash the electric mixer between the different parts.
  • Split the eggs. Add the egg yolks in a bowl and egg whites in another. Pour sugar and vanilla over egg yolks.
  • Whisk the egg whites first to a solid foam (with clean beaters) please use the electric mixer. The foam should be so solid that you can turn the bowl up side down.
  • Beat the egg yolks and sugar to a baggy bright yellow batter, preferably with an electric mixer.
  • Mix in cream cheese. (Run on the lowest speed of mixer).
  • Whip the cream in a separate bowl. It should be moderately firm, much like you would have beaten it to a dessert. Stirin n the whipped cream into the other batter with the lowest speed of the mixer.
  • Gently with a spoon stir in the beaten egg whites.
  • If you want lemon flavor: grate the peel of the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Stir in the lemon peel and lemon juice into the batter. Alternatively, you can drop the lemon peel, and pour in a little lemon juice.
  • Crush the biscuits and add half of it on the bottom of a round shape form with a removable bottom. Pour in the batter and sprinkle the rest of biscuits crumbs on the top.
  • Set in the freezer for 5 hours. Remove the cake for 15-30 minutes at room temperature before serving.
