Moussaka With Squash And Greek Yogurt

Categories : Greek Cuisine If you like Greek food I am sure you will love this variation of the classic moussaka. It tastes really good and is easy to make. Ingredients Meat sauce: 500g minced beef, veal & pork or chicken 1 large chopped onion 2 carrots, diced 2 cloves garlic, chopped 2 large tomatoes, diced 1 Tbsp. oregano 1 tsp. allspice salt and pepper. oil for frying. Layers: 1 squash cut into ½ cm thin slices 5 potatoes cut into very thin slices a little olive oil Yoghurtlag: 400g Greek yoghurt 3 eggs ½ tsp. nutmeg salt & pepper
